37th Art in the Park, Legion Park, East Tomichi, Gunnison. Fine original arts and crafts sale; juried show. There will be a food booth by Gunnison Literacy Action Program, entertainment and a face painting station.To benefit scholarships for nontraditional students at Western State College and AAUW Educational Foundation. |

Douglas County - August 9, 2011, "Tunes & Tacos" fundraiser is coordinated with a local restaurant which provides the food and staff. The event is open to the public and provides music, food,beverages, and a silent auction. Littleton-South Metro The Head Start Bookbag project runs from September through May. The branch cooperates with Sheridan Head Start to provide a library of books for preschoolers to take home to enjoy with their families each week.
